Set in the Roman countryside, Marco Simone Golf & Country Club underwent a complete redesign between 2018 and 2021 to host the 2023 Ryder Cup. European Golf Design and Tom Fazio II created a layout emphasizing match-play drama with risk-reward holes and challenging bunkering. The course offers a mix of scenic views, high-stakes drives, and dramatic finishing holes, including a drivable par 4 and a challenging par-5 18th.
